High Plains Drifter "Joe" (Sioux Falls SD) : My first impression out of box was that the phone was beautiful. I seriously didn't even want to touch it. I debated between space gray and white silver. I ultimately chose white silver because my wife has a black iPhone 5 and everything electronic I have is black. I though white was refreshing and if I can always put a case on to make it any color I want. I am so happy I chose white. It really makes the phone look fresh - sorry that is the best word I can find to describe it. The colors on the screen pop against the background. It doesn't show finger prints as much as my wives black phone.

Edward : The screen on the iPhone is not as large as some of the Android giants. Android seems believe that a bigger screen is better. For me this doesn't make sense. I carry my phone in my pocket which you can do with the iPhone 5S because it is skinny enough to fit. I also like that I can reach all the screen with one hand. The screen is much larger than my old Blackberry. The retina display is beautiful. The colors and crispness are very pleasing to look at. It seem similar to my wives iPhone 5. Does clarity make a difference - yes it prevents eye strain. I have had no trouble with the moving elements on the display. I have no idea why people are complaining about that, but maybe they have some vision troubles or motion sickness issues. You can turn off the moving screen and I would expect future IOS 7 updates to allow users to disable all features people are complaining about.

Lala : I got a clear case for the phone that just adds to the appearance. It also protects it from scratches and drops. In my opinion a case is required for an iPhone 5S. I honestly think that Apple designed it with the intent to use it with a case. Other competitive phones advertise a built in grip or that it feels better to hold than an iPhone, which is probably true. Apple made the phone so thin and light that adding a case just makes it feel better. Where other phones if you add a case it just makes the phone larger and heavier. I personally like putting my phone in a case. It is a way to personalize your phone and protect it. If the case gets dirty or worn, just spent $10 or $20 bucks and buy a new one.

Nick : The "Unlocked" phone it is unlocked, but unlocked to UK, HONG KONG, GERMANY, ETC. The version this is the A1429 GSM. That version will work with AT&T, and T-Mobile; but will not allow you to use LTE, only 3G in the United States. There is no Unlocked version of the phone yet to be released in the United States. So be aware of this. They just want the money, and people are buying without getting complete details of the actual item. Shady, so for that they get a 1 star. Keep in mind if you do go overseas this phone will work with the LTE there not here.

Saad Hamed Al Fajeh "SaudiGent" : When I heard they are making this phone thinner than the iPhone 4S, I wondered why on earth they would make a phone so thin and then when I finally weighed it in my hands, I was surprised at how light it was. The iPhone 5 is very light, it makes the 4S seem so much heavier in comparison. The phone looks much better than the 4S, the display is better, it is lighter and eventually this did help me in typing much faster. My previous phone was a Blackberry Torch 2, before which I was using an Htc Sensation XE. I lost the Sensation but it was a great phone and I really like Android a lot.

Harkanwar Anand (New York, New York) : This Iphone was a replacement for my non-smart phone and 64gb Ipod touch.
It's slim enough to fit into your pocket with the right protector and is very, very light.
I can get the battery to last a full day with moderate data usage, some calling, and a bunch of text messages.
I went the unlocked route with a monthly carrier, and am going to save over $1000 in 2 years when compared to a 2-year contracted carrier.

When I opened the sim tray it stroke me that there was an ATT nano Sim there. Back home, I tried to activate the phone with my carrier from Argentina (Movistar) and the phone could not activate saying that my carrier's nanosim was imcompatible. So it seems like the iphone is actually locked (probably to ATT). We do not have oficial Apple Stores in my country so I'm stuck. Fortunatelly, I am travelling again to the USA in 15 days soI will book an appointment at San Francisco's Apple store to see if the can confirm that the iphone is locked and hoperfully they can swap it for an unlocked unit.

Rodney Knotts : I had to write a second review for this product after using it for a week. The seller is a fake and a thief. The phone camera lens is cracked the keeps on hanging and i have to restart it over and over. The seller knew of these issues and sold them to me. Joseph H Flanigan : So I bought this phone about a week ago, and the phone I received was in excellent condition. No scratches, dents or dings. Also came with the box and all the accessories just as if I had bought from Apple. So that was awesome and the reason it got two stars instead of one. However, this phone was advertised as a factory unlocked iphone and it was not. It was still locked to AT&T. It also came with a Gevey chip for unlocking the phone. (Which, had I put 2 and 2 together, I should have realized you would not need a Gevey chip if the phone was already factory unlocked.) And to top it off, the Gevey chip didn't work. So right now I have a call into AT&T, hoping they will unlock it for me. (Finger crossed!) So if you plan on buying an iPhone 4S from this seller, realize you are getting a carried locked phone and the only two ways to unlock an iPhone 4S right now are either with the Gevey chip (if you get a working one) or if you can get AT&T to unlock it for you.

Mona el toumi : I had this iphone 4s as a gift for my mother. She received it as a new black and unlocked. She has sent it for an apple store to insert her card. They told her that this phone had a box for a black one but it is while and it is used as it was blocked by a Bell Canada mobile company. Not to mention that my gift was a total fraud, my mother sent it for a communication company and she was informed that she has to pay an extra $150 to unlock it. Finally on November 26th at our thanksgiving party when she didn't have the iphone 4s. She told me the new the gift is not working. I was sad to have to go through all this. The upgrade is a breeze, everything moved over without any problems. iOS5 is vastly improved over the previous version of iOS. Siri is fun and I'll find more uses for it I'm sure, and fully expect siri to get integrated into apps.

The Cat (Wilmington, OH USA) : I did something stupid with my iPhone and needed to order another one. I got one from Amazon's used selection figuring that a few scratches would just be a minor issue. What I received was a unit that looked like new. After updating the software, everything worked like a champ. And just like the one I destroyed, this one is a lot more useful than I ever thought it would be. From the mail application to the flashlight. From Maps to the phone. It's just a handy little device and unlike the Android devices, at least the ones I've seen, a lot more intuitive which is great for me since I don't like to read manuals :-).

susan lombardi : I bought this phone because the seller advertised it as brand NEW. After receiving it and having it activated by Verizon, we discovered that the back lens was all scratched up. When I took it to a place that fixes iPhones they confirmed that the back of the phone was not original, the phone had been opened before, it had bent tabs and the wrong screws! I paid to have the lens repaired. He offered to reimburse me and never heard from him again. Don't buy from him. He is selling refurbished phones as brand new phones. I don't know why Amazon allows him to sell on their web sight. He must joy out of ripping people off. One day it will all come full circle.

Sockster : I bought this Iphone as a stop gap so I could have an Iphone 4 from Verizon without having to re up my contract- which I would do when the new Iphone 5 comes out. Bought it from this Amazon third party seller. It came two days after I ordered it. It is perfect! New and works like a dream. kolar : The iPhone 3gs from Amazon.com Warehouse was as described like new. It arrived in an apple original box with shrink wrap. It booted right away. All functions worked as supposed to. The phone came with new generic charger, usb cable, and headphones. The only missing item was the sim removal tool which was no problem as I used a paper clip to eject the sim tray. The owners manual was also included. After a month of daily use, I'm satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that I have noticed is the home key needs to be pressed hard to respond and also the battery life is not that great. These issues are normal and expected from an old phone.

Captainmux (NH USA) : I am very disappointed in Amazon"s trade-in process. I submitted a used iPhone for a credit. I wiped it's data and sent it in the prepaid mailer, as instructed. The battery was fully charged and it was working fine.
The company that processed it claimed they could not reset it, they rejected it and sent it back to me. When I opened the box, the battery was almost dead. I recharged it and it works just fine...like new. I restored the data on it with no problem.
They said I could resubmit it. Funny how they would allow me to resubmit it when they declared it DOA. Between the time I sent it and the time I got it back, the trade-in value went down. I see no other explanation for the company not accepting it than the price went down. They simply didn't want to pay the higher price.

Greg James : I could not be any happier with this purchase. I bought a used, good condition iphone 3 for about $100. I wasn't worried about the purchase as I knew if the phone was bad Amazon would take it back no questions asked, but it was perfect. It came in the original box with all the accessories, (earbuds, cords, charger, manual, sim tool etc) The cords and buds were brand new, still wrapped in plastic and the phone was as close to new as you can get. Not a scratch on it. I had to charge the battery overnight, as it was completely dead, but after that I ran through the set up process and everything is working perfectly. I synced my gmail, itunes, contacts, calendars, reminders etc and it all went flawlessly. I love this phone. My only problem is now that I know how great iphones are, and that I can get a good deal thru Amazon, I'm already thinking about upgraded to a 4 the generation, or maybe even the 5. Anyway, I'm very happy with this purchase, and if you're looking for a cheap no contract phone, you won't find a better deal

Damian P. Gadal : I never really liked cell phones until I got an iPhone. To me, they were a painful necessity, that felt more like an electronic leash than a useful tool.
This all changed when I got my iPhone 3G. Here was a tool, that had functional access to the internet, and email. In addition, there was every kind of app imaginable, from entertainment, weather, photography, social media, you name it.
I found myself using my phone more and more, and not to make phone calls. In fact, being able to use this thing as a phone is just a bonus.

This is by far the most functional "budget phone" you will ever buy. For little more than a hundred dollars you can have email through a wifi connection. The interface is impeccable compared to any other phone in this price range. Calendar and contact applications are all very intuitive. Not to mention you have iPod on the phone too.

Ben Capitelli : Ok so the iPhone is incredible. It seems to be years ahead of its competition. Like imagine in 1998 a motorola razr being availible, where what would phones look like now? Will this iphone is the same analogy, imagine the iphone in 2007 where would we be now. This phone will set a precedent to many companies, that they have to raise their bar. Ok so the review:
Design: 5/5- cant complain about the glass and aluminum which makes the devie surprisingly thin and very light.
Functions: 4/5 I would like there to be a flash player meaning i can watch trailers and other things like that use video on a website.
Battery: 2/5- battery is horrific. Dont expect to be able to listen to your music, browse the web and talk at the same time. If you listen to your ipod and browse the web at the same time, the battery is draining exponentially. And when it reaches the 20% mark it seems like theres only 5 minutes of battery life left no matter what you are doing with the iphone. The battery issue is a huge problem and hopefully when i send it back to apple they will have invented a much better battery for its users. I would say that if you use your iphone's ipod 2 hours a day, and browse the web 2 hours (including email), and talk for about 2 hours you pretty much used up all the battery has to offer. This means charging the phone nightly. The more you charge, the weaker the battery gets. Now if you talk lets say for 1 hour listen to music for 1 hour and browse the web for 1 hour, you'll still need to charge daily because overnight the battery will still drain because the phone never really shuts off when its on stand by. If you do shut it off at night though, you probably wont have enough battery to go through the next day anyways. It seems like the first 50% used is twice as long as the last 50% used.

I bought it used - like new condition. Luckily it came with a version of firmware that is easily unlockable (as I needed a phone to use it overseas). The quality was very good, battery holds well, screen was pristine and there were very minor scuffs and scratches on the back (which should be expected on a used piece). The sockets and ports were well cleaned up and came with NEW headphone, power adaptor and cable !! Highly recommend Amazon warehouse seller for this product.

Received the phone in excellent shape, well packed, like new, with the latest 5.0 firmware. It came with a new set of genuine Apple earphones with remote and mic, dock connector to USB cable and USB power adapter. Touchscreen and battery seemed to be newly replaced as well!

David Smith "smithdav" : I upgraded from an iphone 4. I bought it from Apple with a 2 year AT&T Contract. The phone is amazing. It is so fast compared to the 4. All of my APS boot up with lightning speed. The screen is clear, crisp and the colors great. The battery life is about the same as my four. I live in an area with very poor cell phone reception. It is my feeling that the 5s handles that better than did the four. Areas that I could not make calls from on my 4 are doable with the 5s. I have read many negative reviews from various sources, but my own experience has been nothing less than positive. In my mind it is a great phone and well worth what I paid for it.

kpg23 : I'm a dedicated Apple customer and have been for many years. I find their consumer products and iOS to be simply better than any alternative. Having said that, upgrading to the 5s was magical. It's an absolutely stunning piece of hardware, and it is a perfect complement to iOS7. The day I bought this phone (release day) I toyed around with some of the Samsung and LG smartphones in the ATT store. I was actually somewhat impressed with these devices as well, but I would never pass up on this phone (5s) to get one of them, even at a better price. I enjoy paying a premium for quality, and that is what the 5s is. The quality is impeccable.

yoseaweed : I just received my brand new Apple iPhone 5s and overall my experience has been rather pleasing. Apple only releases one iPhone each year so I had to act quickly to get my hands on one, especially the gold color since supplies went to China first. Nerveless, I was able to get my hands on the 32-gigabyte gold iPhone model for $299 on contract with AT&T.
I had upgraded from the iPhone 5 so I was familiar with the design and features but customers who are upgrading from older generation devices will be rather surprised with its results. The gold color is a nice touch since its new, but once a case covers it the color is unnoticeable. If you decide to use the device naked, the gold color differentiates the 5s from the 5 greatly.

5C Case Slim Voucher

Susanne Hendry : Bought this clear case product for iphone 5C. The plastic case is more slippery than the phone alone. Also very bulky for the new slim design. Not worth any price so don't even bother ordering it.
10/11/13 update -- The company was concerned enough about my dislike of their product to send me another one of their cases - Ultra fit with black bumper. This is a better fit for I-Phone 5 C and the bumper is better feel in your hand. I appreciate that they were willing to rectify the problem.

Robert Rainwater : The case bubbles up with spots all over the back and edges of the device. After sending Spigen images of the issue, I never received a response. I would not recommend the clear case as it is a very poor design and customer service is not very responsive.

Bob TheTwit : This case (I have the Crystal Clear version) feels great on the iPhone 5c. Where the iPhone's edges are rounded in the back, this case's edges feel like they took the rounded edges of the iPhone and flattened a portion of them. The edges fit my fingers well, and probably add something structurally to the case (though I can't be certain).
Crystal Clear is very clear, from a distance you can't even see that there's a case on the phone. Since the 5c is all about color, that makes Crystal Clear a great choice.

realized there might a confusion between locked to AT&T or Factory Unlocked. I contacted the provider and they did say it is locked to AT&T, at that time the phone was selling for $ 649. Despite I sent it with package unopened, they cut off $30.00 on the refund, I really disappointed. Please note I paid for both shippings (sent and returned).

Please take note, as there is some confusion.
If you want an unlocked iphone, look for one that is explicitly described as such.

The case is the color represented in the the product photos. It is a nice deep rich red. It fits the phone really well. It has a nice feel to it.
Unfortunately, the red color on the case was coming off onto the white parts of the back of my phone. But, Kay's Case customer service contacted me about this and immediately sent me a replacement case, no questions asked.
Regarding the clear case:
Again, the case fits the phone well. It has a superior fit compared to the clear case I got from another manufacturer.
Overall, the stand out feature of the Kay's Case cases is the exceptional customer service. Have no fear about purchasing from them. They make good stuff. And if it isn't right, they will make it right.

The color was just as pictured and it fit my phone perfectly. All the buttons were properly exposed. I am so pleased that i will be ordering the clear and blue very soon. i highly recommend this case for the HTC One.

agalvin13 : Whenever there is a new phone launch, it can take awhile for good quality cases to come out from third party vendors. There were several cases that looked appealing to me but they would not ship for another few weeks. This case was immediately available and provided protection for the back of the phone with out adding too much bulk/width and does not cover the gorgeous back and design of the phone. The case could come up slightly higher on the front to protect the screen more but the small lip may provide some protection is set down on it's face. My only qualm is that it does not feel like a super high end case and once the back scuffs it will lose the crystal clear effect. For the money, this is a great option (probably the best out there at the momment) but I imagine higher quality cases will be available in the coming weeks.

Satechi iFit-1 Portable Voucher

A. Nahmias (Alexandria, VA) : Wow! I bought this not expecting much more than a slight increase in volume over my iPhone speakers. It was frustrating to try and listen to the music on my iPhone while taking a shower because it often drowned out the meager output.
I bought this speaker after a great deal of research, and based upon the reviews figured at the price point could purchase 2 with nothing to loose. I was absolutely blown away with the sound. It was so loud that I actually had to turn down the volume.

Ellonce : After ordering one for a gift, we ordered two more. It's a great sounding little speaker - full, rich, not tinny at all. It comes with a usb cord to recharge. This speaker stand doesn't charge the iPod but recharges the speaker.
I can't figure out how to stand it up vertically (portrait view) and still plug the speaker cord into the bottom of the iPod as shown in the picture; it pushes it over. (possibly, I need to examine it further.) But it's perfect in landscape view for watching movies, etc.

ChocolateCakeForBreakfast : I listen to Pandora on my LG smartphone and the sound just isn't that great. I use this speaker on the counter when I do the dishes or make dinner, I brought it out to the shed while we did misc. yard work. It's small and easy to bring from place to place. Doesn't take up counter room. I like the stand so I can see texts come in or what song is playing. It seems to stay charged longer than 6 hours. The only complaint is I wish the cord from the speaker to the phone was a little longer. But great product I wish I would have bought sooner!

Laura Zierhut "L.Z." (Valencia, CA) : I am so very impressed by this car mount! I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S III which is a pretty large phone. I have been searching for the right car mount forever and reading reviews of several different makers and models. This is the only one of which I couldn't find a complaint that it didn't fit or it was too wobbly or that the thing just didn't stick to the car surface well. And guess what? It's true! This is a firm holder that sticks like crazy (don't worry, it comes off ...eventually with a lot of muscle, it's just suction device so it won't harm you car interior)

online shopper x (Los Angeles, CA USA) : FINAL UPDATE (March 2, 2013) - Sadly the replacement product the company sent me fell off the dashboard about 10 days ago, and I could not get it to stick solidly again using the techniques suggested. Maybe it's my 2007 Toyota dashboard, maybe it's the extreme temperatures in Southern CA. Hard to say, but my final review is that this dash mount works great until it stops working, which unfortunately seems to be in four months or less based on my experience. Hopefully they'll figure out how to solve this problem, because the iOttie One-Touch Windshield Dashboard Car Mount Holder has many other great features. But ultimately it doesn't work for me.
